What to Expect
Upon arriving, our cozy and calming environment invites you to unwind, and carefully curated playlists help set the tone. Through active listening and a collaborative approach, every session is thoughtfully adapted to your preferences and energy level, follows a no-rush policy, and is offered in English or French.
Techniques blend elements of Swedish, targeted deep tissue, and Thai Yoga massage. Optional enhancements like essential oils or hot stones are available, and breathwork or rhythmic rocking may also be incorporated to deepen the experience.

Signature Massage
A relaxing massage that integrates techniques such as kneading, trigger-point release, and assisted stretching. You choose the pressure and areas of focus.

Seasonal Special
Each season, an exclusive massage experience is introduced, inspired by the rhythms of the time of year. These quarterly offerings combine customized bodywork with thoughtful seasonal elements-such as aromatherapy, warming or cooling techniques and other sensorial touches.

StretchA Method
A dynamic fusion of Thai massage and osteopathic principles that integrates assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic movement. Ideal for athletes and anyone seeking to work on flexibility and mobility, and receive deep therapeutic work. Sessions are performed on a floor mat, with clients dressed in loose, comfortable clothing.

Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
Ashiatsu involves the use of the practitioner's feet rather than the hands or arms. This technique further explores deep consistent compression and acupressure, as the practitioner glides along the body using overhead bars for support. Ashiatsu is effective at reducing lower back tension, tight hamstrings, calves, and the IT band.

Head, Hands & Feet
The extremities massage. A quick and effective way to decrease fatigue and strain. Especially beneficial for those who are on their feet for extended periods of time.

Government discounts given through the CSST for individuals associated with IVAC (Indemnisation des victimes d’actes criminels/Association for crime victims compensation), and through the SAAQ (Société des accidents d’automobiles du Québec) following an automobile accident with related injuries.

Payment
Cash and e-transfer payments are accepted (send to: info@sage-massage.ca). 2.5% service charge for credit cards.
Insurance receipts are provided.
Gift certificates are available, reach out directly or purchase online.

Cancellation Policy
Running a viable business is a balancing act. Staying flexible with scheduling for clients is a priority, while remaining aligned with expected income.
Sessions may be postponed or cancelled with 24 hours notice. For cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the session fee will be required.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Clients are welcome to send a replacement to avoid cancellation fees. As a courtesy, you will be sent an initial confirmation as well as a reminder email.
