Through active listening and a collaborative approach, every session is thoughtfully adapted to your preferences and energy level, follows a no-rush policy, and is offered in English or French.
Techniques blend elements of Swedish, targeted deep tissue, and Thai Yoga massage. Optional enhancements like essential oils or hot stones are available, and breathwork or rhythmic rocking may also be incorporated to deepen the experience.

Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
Ideal for athletes and anyone seeking deep therapeutic pressure. It’s especially effective for addressing tightness in the lower back, hamstrings, calves, and areas surrounding the IT band. Ashiatsu uses the practitioner’s feet to deliver consistent, gliding compression, using overhead bars for support.

Payment
Cash and e-transfer payments are accepted (send to: info@sage-massage.ca). 2.5% service charge for credit cards.
Insurance receipts are provided.
Gift certificates are available, reach out directly or purchase online.

Cancellation Policy
Running a viable business is a balancing act. Staying flexible with scheduling for clients is a priority, while remaining aligned with expected income.
Sessions may be postponed or cancelled with 24 hours notice. For cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the session fee will be required.
No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Clients are welcome to send a replacement to avoid cancellation fees. As a courtesy, you will be sent an initial confirmation as well as a reminder email.
